                               installations.

  For many years we have been inspecting new manufactured
homes and their installations. In several cases we have found
that some of these homes were not set according to the
manufacturer's requirements. Some of the new manufactured
homes even had problems coming out of their factories.

Did you know that according to California Health and Safety Code,
section18025.

(a) Except as provided in subdivisions (b) and (c), it is unlawful for any person to sell, offer for sale,
rent, or lease within this state, any manufactured home or any mobile home, commercial coach, or
special purpose commercial coach manufactured after September 1, 1958, containing structural, fire
safety, plumbing, heat-producing, or electrical systems and equipment unless the systems and
equipment meet the requirements of the department for those systems and that equipment and the
installation of those systems and that equipment".
